Hello!

I am a technical writer based in Atlanta, Georgia with over 20 years of experience in documenting hardware and software solutions in the financial services, customer relationship management, and defense industries. Additionally, I have designed and written online, e-learning courses for topics as diverse as microprocessor functionality and how to use eBay. (Yes, I got paid to shop there for a while–it was a fun diversion, to say the least!)

This site serves as a chance to introduce myself both personally and professionally, and houses my online portfolio and resume, as well as a (sporadically updated) blog about the intersection of technical writing with the rest of my life.
